We are on a mission to democratize affordable access like never seen before to 21st Century Skills Development to support high schoolers, college students and working professionals all over the world to become the best candidates they can be for university applications, in-university success and career success. We look beyond just technical skills into helping you develop your character-based skills through your everyday life experiences. We believe Character Skills impact every aspect of our lives and should be taught early alongside mainstream subjects like Math, Science and English. Mukund Kumar

Founder/CEO
As a pre-cursor to MyMentor, Mukund founded the ed-tech platform, Hindsight, which offers free Quora like higher education Q&A for high schoolers. Before becoming a founder, he was an Investment Banker at Perella Weinberg Partners (in both NYC & London) and also worked in Private Equity.

Baron Wang

Co-Founder/Growth
Baron dropped out of Babson College to work on MyMentor having faced big obstacles when trying to build the right skills as an international student applying to to study/work in the US. He is a Serial Entrepreneur having started multiple companies in the past across education.

Shriram Kumar

VP Product
Shriram hails from a consulting background, having worked at Deloitte for multiple years before joining MyMentor as the first employee. He holds Bachelor's & Master's degrees from the University of Toronto in the area of Financial Economics. He has a keen eye for detail.

Hanif Virani

CTO
Hanif has 15+ of professional experience in the field of engineering. Prior to MyMentor, he worked as Lead Software Engineer for Security Compass (raised $100M+) where he wore many hats while growing from a single team to 5 teams consisting of about 30 engineers.

Angel Deng

VP Partnerships/Ops

Angel is a Forbes Top 30 under 30 Nominee, Hurun 30 Under 30 Nominee, and founder of CASS Social Enterprise. She is the Chengdu hub Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, co-chair of the GYSESummit, and member of the UNDP-led Innovation Lab (SPARK Lab).

Meghan Stetson

15 year career as an educator & counselor in both academic and mental health & mindfulness settings. Former Admission Officer and voting member of the Admissions Committee at Harvard University. Holds a Masters Degree in Education from Harvard and a second Masters Degree in Mindfulness-Based Counseling Psychology.

18 year career in education working with students directly and designing educational skills development programs. Former Assistant Director of Admissions at Columbia University. Strong  non-profit work with major organizations focused on equity in education from pre-k to gray. Focus on education, technology and policy for 21st century skills.

Jessie Hill

Working in higher education for 16 years at Yale University both as Dean of an undergraduate college and as Associate Director of Admissions. As a Dean currently, she provides academic and personal counseling to 500 Yale students each year, helping them achieve success as students and as future professionals in the working world.
